Jeremy Wood
CEO & Founder
Jeremy has over 25 years’ experience in finance system technology. Prior to Legerity he was Founder and MD of OST Business Rules who’s accounting rules software was used by many of the world’s largest firms. Jeremy led the company through its acquisition by Microgen and the subsequent release of Aptitude. He is a previous winner of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year and UK Enterprise Technology Awards 2018.
Stuart Eden
Chief Operating Officer
Stuart is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in executive roles at global FS firms. Stuart has managed large and complex teams while delivering significant technology and organisational change programs. His extensive history in the banking and finance industry includes various roles at Credit Suisse and recently with PWC assisting a global client on a major finance and accounting change program.
Mark Miller
Head of Client Advisory
Mark is a qualified accountant (ACA) with over 20 years of experience in finance change programs. Initially training with PwC in the insurance practice, he has been involved in multiple accounting and IFRS implementations and is the global lead at Legerity for IFRS 9, 15, 16 and 17 programs.
Elizabeth Sipiere
Chief of Staff
Elizabeth is a digital professional with experience gained from a career in commercial businesses. She has been a Board participant for 17 years both as an executive and non-executive director. Elizabeth led the growth of accounting solutions at Aptitude plc and was Global Head of Capital Markets and Insurance at HP. She is on the board of Swan Housing and Local Space and Chair of South Essex College.
Tom Kozlowski
Chairman
Tom has over 25 years’ global experience in the Investment Banking arena, gained within financial institutions, third-party vendors and consultancies. Tom founded City Practitioners, focused on designing business and technical architecture, the implementation of complex trading technologies and application management services. After the successful acquisition and integration of TCA Consulting, City Practitioners was sold to Capco in 2007.
Barnaby Terry
Non-Executive Director
Barnaby is a Managing Partner at Sussex Place Ventures, the VC investment arm of the London Business School. Prior to joining Sussex Place in 2011 he spent the previous 18 years at 3i and Elderstreet, investing in UK technology businesses. Investments included OST Business Rules, Edenbrook and Content Technologies. Barnaby leads the software investing team at Sussex Place Ventures and is on the board of Kimble Applications.
