You will have a wide set of skills in enterprise solution selling and business development experience in entering a new sector or territory for a scale up software house.

Legerity currently has offices in London, Poland and Hong Kong.

  • Ability to have strategic conversations to address major change
  • Rapidly gain product knowledge
  • Able to present the Legerity solution and articulate its benefits
  • Skilled at new business sales and breaking into accounts
  • Organised, self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Passionate and high energy professional used to enterprise level complex sales processes
  • Skilled at value selling and a consultative sales process using pre-sales SME’s
  • Ability to build strong relationships and leverage network to find and approach decision makers
  • Excellent Presentation skills
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with C-level at Tier 1-3 insurers


  • Drive revenue by acquiring new major logos in the financial services and insurance sectors
  • Manage and further develop the sales team
  • Establish effective sales processes including qualification, RFI / RFP, Demonstrations and PoCs
  • Rapidly acquire a reasonable understanding of IFRS and US GAAP for insurance and banking, and the advantages of Legerity solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market opportunity, competitors and partners
  • Utilize CRM database to organize key contacts and decision-makers
  • Break down barriers through lead generation, social media, partners and cold calling to ensure access and success
  • Leadership contribution to marketing activities to generate leads and market reputation
  • Monitor, review and report on lead development, pipeline, conversion, marketing and sales achievement


  • 10 years of sales and sales management
  • Ideally have experience of enterprise finance and accounting solutions
  • Impressive sales and sales management track record
  • Building successful sales teams and delivering significant revenue growth
  • Working with a team of experts across presales, product and delivery teams to build an enterprise sales process
